Mumbai, India, March 31, 2008 - Ishaan Real Estate Plc ("Ishaan") is pleased to announce the leasing and pre-letting of a further 577,000 sq. ft. of office and retail space, increasing the total area of leased and pre-let space in its commercial and retail development projects to 2.4 million sq. ft. Tenants have also exercised options for 232,000 sq. ft. of the commercial space in its Mindspace developments in Navi Mumbai and Hyderabad.

Chennai, India, March 27, 2008 - "The Government of Tamil Nadu should hike the Floor Space Index (FSI) for hospitals and healthcare institutions from the current 1.5 to 5 to bring down the rising healthcare cost, increase number of beds and healthcare talent pool of the State," urged Dr Prathap C Reddy, Chairman, CII National Committee on Healthcare & Chairman, Apollo Hospitals Group. "The relaxation in FSI will allow hospitals and institutions create more infrastructure in the same premises. They do not have to invest as much as 40-50% of the project cost in acquiring new lands. Instead they can invest directly in healthcare equipments or human resources and reduce healthcare cost," he pointed out.
