The Global Operations Centre will employ up to 300 highly skilled professionals who will run systems and processes for the various BT lines of business in addition to providing functional support to Group functions such as Procurement, Legal, Finance & HR.

Speaking at the opening, Ben Verwaayen, said, “India is a critical market for our global growth strategy. It has a highly skilled workforce, supportive government, and global capabilities.
